Verso Paper cannot assume responsibility for inadequate production performance when a grade or weight of paper is not suitable for the end use for which it has been selected. Grade selection is the responsibility of the merchant, publisher, end user and/or printer. Information to aid in the proper selection of paper is available from your Verso Paper Representative.

Verso Paper uses moisture resistant materials to protect our products from adverse moisture conditions and to maintain dimensional stability during transit and storage. However, if the paper is not stored and conditioned properly by the printer before and during the job, optimum performance will not be achieved. Therefore, Verso Paper cannot be responsible for problems caused by excessive changes or imbalances of humidity or temperature conditions in the customer's or user's plant. Ideal storage conditions are generally considered to be 70 to 75 degrees F at 45 - 50% RH. Additionally, it is recommended that paper be used on a first-in-first-out basis.

Verso Paper recommends keeping the wrapper on the roll as long as possible to maintain the integrity of the roll.

Verso Paper strongly recommends rolls be printed by log position. (A diagram of the roll numbering system is available from your Customer Technical Service Representative.)

Verso Paper's web offset papers are not designed for sheet-fed printing. If a customer decides to convert this stock for sheet use, it is done at their own risk unless there is prior written agreement from Verso Paper stating knowledge of how the paper will be used and detailing the company's limits of liability.
