Mike Jackson. President and
Chief Executive Officer
Mike Jackson has held various leadership positions in the paper industry. Before
joining Verso Paper, he served as a senior vice president at Weyerhaeuser Company in Federal
Way, Washington, where he was responsible for the Cellulose Fibers, White Papers, Newsprint
and Liquid Packaging Board businesses. He also recently served as chairman of NORPAC, a joint
venture between Weyerhaeuser and Nippon Paper in Japan. Prior to being named senior vice
president in 2004, he served as vice president, Fine Paper. Throughout his 29-year career at
Weyerhaeuser, Jackson contributed to the company's success in leadership roles in a number of
other company businesses, including Packaging, Tri-wall, Recycling and Business Papers. As
President and CEO of Verso Paper, he is responsible for providing strategic direction for the
company.

Robert Mundy. Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Robert Mundy has held numerous leadership positions in industry analysis, business
and corporate planning and business financial management. He served as Division
Controller of International Paper’s Masonite Corporation from 1999-2002 and as Director
of Finance for International Paper’s Coated and SC business from 2002-2006. In the role
of Chief Financial Officer for Verso Paper, Mr. Mundy is responsible for all aspects of the
company’s financial functions, including planning, treasury, risk management, tax, accounting
and controls, internal audit, strategic sourcing and accounting services.

Lyle Fellows. Senior Vice President, Manufacturing
Lyle Fellows has held various leadership positions in International Paper’s European
Papers division, including Technical Director for the European white papers division,
manufacturing director for Arizona Chemical-Europe and Mill Manager at the Saillat,France
pulp/paper mill. Mr. Fellows served as Mill Manager at International Paper’s Courtland, AL
pulp and paper mill from 2001-2003 and as Vice President of Manufacturing for International
Paper’s Coated and SC Papers business from 2003-2006.As Senior Vice President of Manufacturing, he
is responsible for the management and performance of the four Verso Mills.

Michael Weinhold. Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Michael Weinhold has over 20 years of experience in the coated papers industry. He was the
Director of Sales for Champion International and has held other leadership positions throughout
his career.Mr. Weinhold served as General Manager for International Papers’ Coated and SC Papers
business with responsibilities for sales, marketing, supply chain, customer technical service,
eCommerce, product development, advertising, and promotions and Nextier Solutions.He brings extensive
knowledge and expertise to his role of Senior Vice President and is responsible for developing,
communicating and executing Verso Paper’s vision and strategy through positioning, branding advertising,
sales, service eCommerce, product development and associated growth initiatives.
